Location
 Arvidsjaur (pronunced "ar-vids-yowr") is in Swedish Lapland, 100 kilometres south of the Arctic circle.

When October comes, the temperature drops below zero, and for the next 7 months the town is set in temperatures as low as -40c.
Even so, the town is equipped with everything today's car tester needs - an airport just 10 minutes away, banks, shops, a post office, a highly developed GSM network and a high-speed data communications network.
